People go through certain life experiences during the critical stages of development that can leave them with scars that can affect their ability to function effectively in various relationships in adult life.

Therefore, this counselling service offers help to all who are experiencing relationship difficulties, bereavement/loss, who feel under the sort of pressure which interferes with their capacity to work effectively and efficiently; or feel in a rut with their work or personal life and cannot make any moves forward due to internal difficulties and or traumas.

I studied and worked for many years in Mental Health and then as an honorary clinical associate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy.

I currently work in a voluntary capacity, under supervision, as an honorary clinical associate for centers offering clients Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy; and counselling.  

This means that help is available for all.
